The village comprises 26 stands (2434 m2 on average) situated on the uppermost part of the site, where the gradient is at its most pronounced. These properties are intended for smaller homes: little villas, apartments or bungalows which, because of the topography, are able to take advantage of the spectacular views.
These elevated buildings - light and airy, are terraced and set out in a staggered arrangement on the slope of the hill.
